After many years of traditional training in Su Miao (sketch) in China, Ruolin came to the UK in 2022 to embark on a different journey - contemporary art practice. As a young artist of the Generation Z (born in 2007), Ruolin is an inspired but humble learner and participant of contemporary art. By experimenting on a variety of art styles and media, Ruolin looks inward at his own identity and looks forward to narrating more stories of his own.
